Junior Bookkeeper-Administrative Assistant with Navision

Our client, a non-profit, located in MiraMar, California has an immediate need for a Junior Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant.

Duties in:
* Interact with Agencies regarding Accounts Receivable and occasionally entering orders by phone or in person
* Collect and post all payments from Agencies to there appropriate accounts
* Print and mail monthly statements
* Create and mail collections letters
* Mail or fax invoices to various Agencies per their request
* Call Agencies that have not responded to 90 day collection letters
* Make financial decisions to place Agencies on financial hold
* Apply/issue credits to Agency accounts
* Print monthly reports for Accountant

* Verify all documentation is received to verify confirmation of services for all invoices
* Enter Agency Payments/Donations into QB system
* Create POs
* Create deposits for Agency payments, Donations, Grants and Subsidies (includes filling out deposit slips and Making copies for Finance Dept)
* Create a bi-weekly check run and give to manager for review before presenting checks
* Mail checks and file invoices with check stubs attached to appropriate folders

* Answer phones
* Filing
* Track printer toners for office
* Track mail meter funds

Pay is $15-18/hr DOE
