Navision Fixed Asset InsuranceNavision Fixed Asset Insurance is an optional granule you can buy for the AM Edition of Dynamics Nav. It works with the built-in fixed assets functionality, and provides a card on which you can store insurance information for your fixed assets (granule #5270).
It's really not much more than a handy, pre-built card for storing all of your insurance information in one place in Nav, conveniently linked to the related fixed asset, but it's a relatively cheap granule, so if you have a significant number of fixed assets and multiple insurance policies to track, it may be worthwhile -- otherwise you can safely give it a miss. |
